Refund & Cancellation

JivniCare is operating in an early-stage regional beta/pilot testing phase across Deoghar and Jamui. During this period, all platform convenience fees (standard ₹29) are completely waived (₹0). Online token generation and queue tracking are 100% free for patients. Review our Beta & Pilot Program Notice.

All doctor consultation fees (as indicated on doctor profiles) are settled in person directly with the doctor or clinic receptionist at the counter. JivniCare does not collect or process patient payments online, nor do we store debit/credit card numbers.

Patients can cancel their same-day token bookings at any time directly through the JivniCare web app prior to consultation. Cancelling releases the slot for waiting patients and advances the live queue. Because no booking fees are charged online, there are no refund penalties or cancellation deductions.

If a doctor goes offline or cancels the OPD queue due to medical emergencies or unforeseen schedule changes, JivniCare immediately notifies all booked patients via SMS and in-app alerts. Patients are free to schedule a new token for the next available clinic session.
